Abs
Level: All, 30 min
Core training using balls, bands, BOSU, weights and gliders.
Aqua
Level: Low/Med, 60 min
Combination of aerobics and resistance training in the pool.
Aqua Blast
Level: Med/High, 60 min
A high intensity cardiovascular workout in the pool.
Body Blast
Level: Med/High, 60 min
A high intensity cardio workout partnered with core stability exercises, using a variety of equipment.
Body Pump
Level: All, 60 min
A strength training class using barbells and adjustable weights to condition the entire body.
Body Sculpt
Level: Med/High, 60 min
A rotation of multiple workouts using gliders, balls, tubes, steps, dumbells, hula hoops and body weight resistance to sculpt every muscle in your body.
Body Sculpt Lite
Level: Low/Med, 45 min
Light resistance bands and low weights are used to tone and sculpt the entire body.
Body Step
Level: Med/High, 60 min
Athletic workout using moderate impact movements on an adjustable platform to condition the entire body.
Body Step 30
Level: Med/High, 30 min
Condensed Body Step class focusing on a cardiovascular workout.
Boot Camp
Level: High, 60 min
A low choreography, high intensity class using military training drills to focus on abdominals and muscle toning.
Cardio Quickie
Level: Low/Med, 30 min
Low impact movements using basic choreography.
Cycling
Level: Med/High, 60 min
A high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike.
Cycling 45
Level: Med/High, 45 min
45 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike.
Cycling Plus
Level: Med/High, 60 min
40 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike followed by 20 minutes of core strengthening exercises in a studio.
Gentle Yoga
Level: Low, 60 min
Restore the body, relax stiff joints and back, help increase range of motion. This class is a blend of gentle movement and meditation.
Happy Hour
Level: Low, 60 min
A low intensity, but high energy class, designed especially for our senior members. Includes 30 minutes of beginner cycling and 30 minutes of basic functional training.
Kickbox
Level: Med/High, 60 min
Intense full body conditioning class using martial arts style kicks and punches. An interval workout designed to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
Pilates
Level: All, 60 min
A unique method of precision functional training, designed to strengthen the core and develop pelvic stability.
Restorative Yoga
Level: All, 70 min
A very subtle, slow, supportive class, designed to unlock tensions in the body and mind. Using blankets, blocks and straps, practice deep guided relaxation.
Step
Level: All, 60 min
A choreographed workout with moderate impact movements on an adjustable platform to condition the entire body.
Stretch
Level: All, 30 min
A basic stretching class designed to compliment any workout or class.
Swing Lo’
Level: Low/Med, 60 min
Low impact movements using basic choreography and ending with abdominal, arm, and leg toning.
Tae Bo®
Level: Med/High, 60 min
A program that combines martial arts & boxing with the rhythm of dancing to create a complete body sculpting, fat blasting workout.
Tai Chi
Level: All, 60 min
A moving meditation based on the martial art, it relaxes the mind and body, improves circulation, balance, and flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga 1
Level: Med, 60 min
Practice a dynamic flow of postures for greater flexibility, improved balance, muscular endurance and strength. Exercise through breath-synchronized graceful movement.
Vinyasa Yoga 2
Level: Med, 70 min
Take your Vinyasa practice to the next level, with a livelier pace and a deeper exploration of postures. Minimum Yoga exposure is recommended before participating in class.
Zumba
Level: All, 60 min
A fun and energetic workout inspired by four dance rhythms: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.
Zumba Toning
Level: All, 45 min
Take your Zumba workout to the next level with light hand/ shake weights.
30/30 Fitness
Level: Med/High, 60 min
Combines 30 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of body sculpt- ing and toning to give you a complete workout.
