CHISEL

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts, and Curls.

Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for -- and fast!

INSANITY

You will push yourself to the max with explosive movements and extreme cardio conditioning. You can also work at your own pace with options provided by your instructor at a modified pace. This class is designed to be the most intense workout you've had all week!
