Club Guide

In order to insure that all our members can enjoy our facilities, the following guidelines have been adopted.

1. Member Check In

Scan tags must be presented at the Service Desk prior to entering the club. Scan tags are non-transferable. A fee will be charged for lost tags.

2. Pictures

All members must have their picture taken for our computer files. This is for identification and security purposes only.

3. Change of Address – Telephone Numbers

Please notify management in writing of any change of address or telephone numbers, so that Club communications can be delivered.

4. Guest Policy

You are welcome to bring guests to the club with you. Guests must register at the Service Desk, show identification and pay the appropriate fee. Minimum age 15.

5. Valuables

Do not leave unattended valuables anywhere inside the Club or in your vehicle; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gym/duffle bags are not permitted in the studios or on the weight room floor.

6. Towels and Locks

Towels and locks are the responsibility of the member, they are not provided by the Club. There are a limited number of locker rentals available, see a Membership Advisor for information.

7. Accidents/Incidents

Please inform management of any accidents or incidents immediately. Royal Fitness personnel will complete a report with all relevant information from the individuals involved. Please see a staff member if you need First Aid.

8. Exercise Attire

Proper attire is required at all times when using the Club. Shirts & shoes are required throughout the Club. No open toe shoes are permitted in the weight area. Sneakers must be worn while using Cardio Equipment. Cover ups and footwear must be worn to and from the pool and locker rooms.

9. Pool Area

All members and guests must shower before using the pool or whirlpool. No glass containers or food are permitted in the pool area. Diving is not allowed. Please be courteous and share the lap lane. The pool and whirlpool are open during Club hours. Swim lessons and aqua classes occur throughout the day, see posted times. You may not enter or exit the Club through the pool doors. No Lifeguard on Duty - State regulations prohibit any persons under the age of 16 to use the pool unless accompanied by a swim instructor or adult.

10. Cardio Area

Please wipe down equipment after use. Disinfectant and paper towels are provided. Equipment may not be reserved.

11. Cardio Theater

Jacks are provided on the equipment for music and TV sound. Members provide their own headset.

12. Weight Room

See posted weight room rules. Do not drop weights!

13. Parking

Please park in the designated parking spaces, handicapped parking spaces are available (handicap tag must be displayed). Fire lanes are marked with yellow lines, parking is not permitted in these areas.

14. Website

Our website provides group exercise schedules, special events and weather related closings. Subscribe to our website if you’d like an email alert of these changes.

15. Contract of Membership

This Club Guide may be revised, supplemented or amended from time to time and shall be considered a part of the contract of membership. Our “Club Guide” is not meant to cover every situation that may arise but is reflective of our thinking on providing maximum service to our members.

17. Holiday Closings

Holiday closings: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Christmas.There may be early closings throughout the year.

18. Basic Conduct

It is the goal of the Club to provide a stress free and enjoyable environment for our members. Members and guests are required to behave in a well-mannered, non-aggressive and courteous way to other members, guests and staff. Cell Phone usage and Photography are prohibited in the locker rooms and pool changing rooms. Failure to behave in this manner can result in membership suspension or termination.
