Find a friend - Try finding a friend with similar fitness goals who can help to motivate you on the days that your workouts seem impossible.
Start slow - You have to take your own fitness level into consideration and start at an appropriate pace. Many people are too ambitious at the start of their new lifestyle and they burnout quickly.
