Part-Time | Growth Track Position

 

Royal Fitness is a 4,000+ member fitness community committed to delivering an exceptional experience every day. As we continue to grow with expanded programming and premium offerings, we are hiring a high-energy, people-first professional to represent our brand during our busiest and most important hours.

This is not a traditional front desk role.

 

The Royal Member Ambassador sets the tone for the entire facility. This position is responsible for first impressions, hospitality, member support, and helping turn guests into long-term members.

For the right individual, this role can grow into a full-time opportunity.

Schedule

Required:
• 1–2 Weekday Evenings (3PM or 4PM – 7PM or 8PM)
• Either Saturday or Sunday Morning (7AM or 8AM – 12PM or 1PM)

Preferred:
• Both Saturday and Sunday mornings

 

⚠️ Important: These hours are year-round and will not change during the summer. Consistent availability during these times is required.

Customer-facing experience required, such as:

• Gym
• Salon
• Hotel
• Restaurant
• Retail or similar hospitality role

 

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Member & Guest Experience

• Greet every member and guest warmly and professionally
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere during peak hours
• Learn and use member names whenever possible

 

Tours & Intro Offer Support

• Give confident, enthusiastic tours to walk-in guests
• Clearly explain membership options
• Support intro offer conversions
• Help guests feel comfortable and excited about joining

 

Member Support

• Assist members with common questions and FAQs
• Help with scheduling, app navigation, and general inquiries
• Address minor concerns promptly and professionally

 

Facility Energy & Standards

• Maintain an organized, polished front desk
• Set the tone for the facility during busy shifts
• Represent Royal Fitness standards at all times

 

Café Support

• Assist with drink preparation when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Help deliver a premium experience
