Aqua (60 min) Level: Low/Med - Low impact water fitness class. No swimming required. Improves flexibility, range of motion, strength, & cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of water to cushion joints.

Aqua Blast – total body workout; mix of cardio & toning

Aqua Dance Fit – mix of dance, toning, and stretching

Aqua HIIT – high intensity bursts of cardio with a finishing stretch

Barre Classes Barre is a low-impact workout focusing on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back wile inproving your posture and flesibility. Stretch, strengthen & move using ballet, yoga & pilates. No dance experience needed.

Beyond Bunz (60 min) Level: All

Targeted toning for your best ASSets! A mix of lower body muscular toning.

Cardio Quickie (30 min) Level: Low/Med

Low impact movements using basic choreography.

Chisel (45/60 min) Level: High

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat wile building strength and endurance. Heart pumping total body workout.

Core (30 min) Level: All

Core training using balls, bands, BOSU, weights and gliders.

Cycling - Cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike.

Cycling 30 Level: Low/Med

Cycling 45/Cycling 60/Cycling 90 Level: Med/High

Cycling Plus* Level: Med/High

*(60 min) 40 min of high intensity cycling followed by 20 min of core strengthening exercises in a studio.

Dance Fit (60 min) Level: Low/Med

Low impact dance movements using basic choreography and ending with abdominal, arm, and leg toning.

FIIT (60 min) Level: Med/High

Begin with Power Flow Yoga, transition to High Intensity Interval Training and end the class with Restorative Yoga.

Gentle Yoga (60 min) Level: Low

This class is based on mindfulness and body awareness. Great for beginners and those looking for a gentle practice.

HIIT (30 min) Level: Med/High

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) the fastest way to burn fat and get lean. A HIIT workout builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength.

Insanity(45 min) Level: High

Explosive movements & extreme cardio conditioning. Modifications offered.

Restorative Yoga (60 min) Level: Low

Very subtle, slow, supportive class, designed to unlock tensions in the body and mind. Using blankets, blocks and straps, practice deep guided relaxation.

Sculpt Lite (30 min) Level:Low/Med

Light resistance with low weights/bands are used to tighten & tone body.

Seated Toning (45 min) Level: Low/Med Chair class that is designed to improve strength, flexibility & joint mobility.

Seated Weight Training (30 min) Level: All

Chair class focusing on muscle strength & balance. Toning with hand weights & bands.

Seated Yoga (60 min) Level: Low/Med

Chair class that is great for anyone who may have challenges getting up & down in traditional mat classes or someone who enjoys a more gentle practice.

Sit/Stand/Sculpt (45 min) Level: All

Sculpting class that includes seated toning exercises and standing balance work using the chair for support.

Slow Flow Yoga (60 min) Level: All

Synchronizing breathe and movement at a slower pace, this Vinyasa practice allows you to build inner and outer strength.

Stretch (30 min) Level: All

A basic stretching class designed to complement any workout or class.

Tabata (60 min) Level: All

Boot Camp style HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using steps, weights, bands. Each class finishes with a metabolic challenge.

Tai Chi (60 min) Level: Low

A moving meditation based on the martial art, it relaxes the mind and body, improves circulation, balance, and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga (60 min) Level: Med

Movement and breath based yoga practice promoting muscular strength and flexibility while enhancing a mind-body awareness. Modifications provided.

Yoga Fusion (60 min) Level: All

This class will blend yoga, pilates, and core functional movements to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.

Zumba (60 min) Level: All

Come join the party! Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba Toning (45 min) Level: All

This class takes the “work” out of workout by combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
