BOX FIT

Intense full body conditioning class using martial arts style kicks and punches. An interval workout designed to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Level: Med/High, 60 min.

BOOT CAMP

A low choreography, high intensity class using military training drills to focus on abdominals and muscle toning. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

Level: High, 60 min.

INSANITY

You will push yourself to the max with explosive movements and extreme cardio conditioning. You can also work at your own pace with options provided by your instructor at a modified pace. This class is designed to be the most intense workout you've had all week!

BODYPUMP™

This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

CHISEL

A heart pumping total body workout designed to stimulate your heart, muscles and spirit. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for -- and fast!

ZUMBA

A fun and energetic workout inspired by four dance rhythms: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.

TABATA

Boot Camp style HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using steps, weights, bands and cones you will push to your limit! Each class finishes with a metabolic challenge.

Level: All, 30/60, min.

BRAZILIAN BUNS

A total body workout for all levels mixed with a lot of fun! Primary focus is the lower body to tighten, strengthen and shape your booty. Embrace your curves!

SOUL BODY BARRE

Athletic full body toning class with options for high and low exercises. No dance experience needed.

Level: All, 60 min.

DANCE FIT

Low impact dance movements using basic choreography and ending with abdominal, arm, and leg toning.

Level: Low/Med, 60 min.

BODY BLAST

A high intensity cardio workout partnered with core stability exercises, using a variety of equipment.

Level: High, 60 min.

BODY STEP

Athletic workout using moderate impact movements on an adjustable platform to condition the entire body.

Level: Med/High, 30/45/60 min.

SEATED WEIGHT TRAINING

Class focusing on muscle strength and balance. Equipment used: hand weights and bands.

Level: All, 30 min.

SEATED TONING

Our 45 minute seated-chair class is designed to improve strength, flexibility and joint mobility.

Level: Low/Med, 45 min.

SEATED YOGA

Mainly a seated class that is great for anyone who may have challenges getting up & down in traditional mat classes or someone who enjoys a more gentle practice.
