The word "vinyasa" can be translated as "arranging something in a special way" like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class. Students can expect to be challenged in this class, but also offered choices and space to modify the class to their level.

Practicing yoga teaches us how to connect our mind with our body and our thoughts. This class is great for beginners or for those who are wanting a practice based on mindfulness and body awareness.

Level: Low, 60 min.


Power Yoga meets high-intensity interval training in this unique, fun, and energetic class that will leave you feeling empowered! This class incorporates strength, balance, speed and agility followed by deep relaxation. The class begins with a Vinyasa Power flow and transitions into high-intensity training that will sculpt your muscles in a brand new way. Class will end with restorative yoga poses and deep stretches to leave you feeling cooled down and complete.

Level: Med/High, 60 min.


A basic stretching class designed to compliment any workout or class.

Level: All, 30 min.


Yoga is an amazing vehicle to create a mindful state of being, connecting your mind and body, giving you focus to feel and understand what healing your both may need. This mindful flow class practices Asana (postures), mediation and breathing techniques to mindfully link breath and movement. Classes are designed to flow from mind, to heart, to body, ultimately strengthening each. Instruction at times will be off the mat with hands on assisting. Class is designed for all levels.

A moving meditation based on the martial art, it relaxes the mind and body, improves circulation, balance, and flexibility.

Level: All, 60 min.


Slow Flow is similar to Dynamic Flow with an emphasis on embodiment and awareness. The class is slowed down but still based on movement. This is an all levels class. If you want something a little bit more than gentle or you are new to yoga this class is one to try!

A very subtle, slow, supportive class, designed to unlock tensions in the body and mind. Using blankets, blocks and straps, practice deep guided relaxation.

Level: All, 60 min.


Core Fusion will blend yoga, pilates, and core functional movements to increase strength, flexibility, and balance..

Level: All, 60 min.


Dynamic Flow is a movement based Yoga practice promoting muscular strength and body-mind awareness. Expect challenging sequencing and creative transitions. This class is an aerobics class so be prepared to sweat!

Level: Med/High, 60 min.
