PROGRAMS

Stronger Strides: 5K Running Program

Duration: October 9th – December 6th 

Weekly Class: 5:30-6:30 pm 

Race Day: Snowflake 5K – December 6 in Haddonfield

Fee: $149 (Members & Non Members)


An 8-week progressive training plan designed to build a stronger, more efficient stride, combining speed work, tempo runs, long runs, and strength training to prepare runners for peak 5K performance. The program focuses on improving form, building endurance, and sharpening race-day speed, while allowing for proper recovery to prevent injury. All fitness levels are welcome!
